Job Description:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Sharing & Scooping Platform in Europe. Your responsibilities will include leading innovation, communication, and strategy to ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work on project deliverables, brand experience initiatives, and in-home tubs growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation, communication, and strategy for the Sharing & Scooping Platform in Europe
• Drive sales and volume growth, profitability, and market share through innovative product launches
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and availability
• Manage project deliverables, brand experience initiatives, and growth strategies for in-home tubs
• Collaborate with the Heartbrand team to expand market share and enhance the value for money segment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong commercial acumen and organizational communication skills
• Ability to craft brands effectively, analyze brand performance, and drive growth
• Proactive team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in BCI development and execution is preferred
