Job Description:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Sharing & Scooping Platform in Europe. Your responsibilities will include leading innovation, communication, and strategy to ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work on project deliverables, brand experience initiatives, and in-home tubs growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation, communication, and strategy for the Sharing & Scooping Platform in Europe
- Drive sales and volume growth, profitability, and market share through innovative product launches
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and availability
- Manage project deliverables, brand experience initiatives, and growth strategies for in-home tubs
- Collaborate with the Heartbrand team to expand market share and enhance the value for money segment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong commercial acumen and organizational communication skills
- Ability to craft brands effectively, analyze brand performance, and drive growth
- Proactive team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in BCI development and execution is preferred
