About The Company:
Our client is a leading biotechnology company with a mission to serve patients. At our Breda site, we prepare, package, and distribute clinical trial supplies globally, supported by Operations, Quality, IT, and Customer Service teams.
Role Description:
As a Sr. Associate Global Study Planner, you will manage demand and supply planning for global clinical studies (up to 10). You will ensure continuous drug product availability—from study start through last patient dosing—while balancing supply reliability with waste reduction. You will collaborate with study managers in the UK/US, represent planning in cross-functional teams, and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for assigned global clinical studies.
- Forecast, adjust, and maintain study supply needs in planning systems.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipment of supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels, balancing availability and scrap risk.
- Resolve supply/logistical issues and escalate risks to stakeholders.
- Use SAP and other planning tools for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years’ supply planning experience, preferably in pharma.
- Knowledge of clinical supply chain management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP (SAP) experience preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines impacting clinical supplies.
