The Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in healthcare? We are looking for a R&D Project Lead to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects within the healthcare technology domain. From innovation to post-launch improvements, you’ll drive impactful change across medical devices and applications.
Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end delivery of complex innovation projects
-Manage cross-functional teams across software, hardware, supply chain, regulatory, and industrialization
-Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external notified bodies
-Drive continuous improvement and post-launch modifications
-Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
-Work within a team of 30 experienced project managers in Innovation Engineering
Requirements
-Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, IT, Business)
-Minimum 8 years of project management experience
-Proven success in leading complex, international projects
-Experience with CAPA and quality improvement initiatives
-Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance
-PMP or equivalent certification preferred
