Job Description
As an experienced Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Leader you will develop and execute the SRM strategy for the Benelux/International Trade Route (ITR) markets. In this key role, you will lead the creation of capability-building initiatives in pricing, promotions, trade mix, and commercial trade terms. You will drive the deployment of these strategies across several markets, oversee team development, and collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to maximize revenue and profit growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term SRM roadmap, turning strategy into annual plans.
- Lead pricing, promotions, and trade process design, ensuring consistency across markets.
- Build and guide a high-performing SRM team with clear vision and priorities.
- Partner with regional teams and stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Oversee pricing strategy, including floor prices and new product launch support.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and maximize profitability.
- Align SRM activities with commercial and financial goals, impacting P&L.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, promoting agility and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, trade, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing revenue strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of pricing, promotion, and trade mix, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
- University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Strategy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately once every 2-3 weeks to Brussels.
