Role Description
As the QC Systems Specialist, you will manage SAP and related QC applications, ensuring optimal system performance, data integrity, and compliance. You will serve as a key user for SAP, support ICT projects, and develop QC reports to support quality and operational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SAP and QC systems; ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Provide second-line support and escalate issues to SAP Application Management.
- Act as SAP Key User: handle change requests, support releases, and align systems with business needs.
- Maintain system access, security, documentation, and deliver user training.
- Develop QC reports using SAP, MES, Vantage Point, Excel, and Minitab.
- Support ICT projects including testing, implementation, and rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in functional system management, preferably in food, pharma, or manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in SAP (SAP 400, GSS, PLM, EWM) and QC systems.
- Skilled in reporting, troubleshooting, and system implementation.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge IT solutions with supply chain operations.
