About the Role

As a Team Leader Supply Planning, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Go-Live of OMP and SAP S/4HANA. With strong knowledge of Material Planning (MRP) and its integration with Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Procurement, you will help design and implement harmonized processes that ensure business readiness and smooth adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into process designs and system functionalities

• Support change requests and continuous improvement initiatives

• Safeguard the global process template and manage integration topics across streams

• Guide the business through Go-Live activities, ensuring readiness and adoption

• Deliver effective training and knowledge transfer using best-in-class toolkits

• Monitor process performance and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business/IT consulting

• Proven expertise in Material Planning / Supply Planning consultancy

• Strong conceptual understanding of end-to-end planning processes

• Experience with large-scale implementations and Go-Live support

• Familiarity with OMP and/or SAP S/4HANA (strong advantage)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Structured, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
