About the Role
As an IT Program Manager, you’ll join the team to support ongoing digital integration projects in a GMP-regulated environment. You’ll manage technical projects focused on manufacturing systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and business value. This role combines project leadership with hands-on coordination across MES, SAP, and Historian systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through to solution delivery
- Coordinate MES integration with Level 2 shop floor systems and SAP
- Manage stakeholder communication, incident handling, and project reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on timelines and deliverables
- Support ongoing projects already in flight and contribute to team growth
- Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries
- Familiarity with MES systems (e.g. Parsec from Cobra), SAP, and Historian
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

- Work on-site 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work
