Role description:
Develop and implement site SHE policy to reduce safety, health, and environmental risks and improve overall safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SHE policy, ensuring compliance with laws and permits.
- Create operational plans, KPIs, and safety procedures with production teams.
- Lead internal SHE audits, accident investigations, and risk assessments (RI&E).
- Coordinate with external bodies (e.g., fire brigade, government inspectors).
- Train and inform employees on safety standards and emergency response.
- Manage SHE complaints, data reporting, and emergency drills.
- Act as prevention officer and head of the internal emergency response team.
- Provide input for site-wide and company-wide SHE policy and projects.

Requirements
- Education: HBO level in Safety Science (or MBO with 8–10 yrs relevant experience / HBO with 4–6 yrs).
- Experience: 5–10 years in SHE or safety roles within a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, audits, and risk assessments.
- Dutch language required.
- Available 4 days on-site, 1 day from home (by agreement).
- No ZZP/freelance candidates.
