About the Role
As L&D Project Manager, you will play a key role in enabling strategic and financial delivery across Unilever Foods Europe. You will support major transformation initiatives and strategic M&A projects, ensuring financial plans are executed effectively and business outcomes are achieved. This role offers a dynamic, high-impact work environment with opportunities to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Support the migration of learning content from Degreed/Cornerstone to Workday Learning.
- Collaborate with NIIT and central teams to align content with endorsed skills and capabilities.
- Improve learner journey design and user experience across global markets.
- Assist in planning and executing capability workshops (Europe, LATAM, Netherlands, META), including logistics and coordination.
- Create SharePoint pages for easy access to learning materials.
- Conduct digital skill assessments and analyze data using tools like Qualtrics.
- Monitor and report on content migration, workshop execution, and learner engagement.
- Engage with global and local stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

 

 

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data, Learning & Development, or related fields.
-2–5 years of experience in a learning, marketing, or capability development role, preferably within the food industry or FMCG.
- Strong data analytics skills, including experience with Qualtrics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (animations, visual storytelling); proficiency in MS-Word and basic SharePoint content management.
- Experience in content development for learning programs or marketing campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.


Other Information
Hybrid model with on-site presence required initially; remote flexibility (1–2 days/week) available later.
