Role Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance Work Preparator to join the technical team. In this role, you will prepare and coordinate maintenance activities for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping systems. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work by creating detailed work packages, ordering materials, and managing technical documentation.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare work packages including instructions, permits, and materials.
-Order materials, equipment, and ensure availability on time.
-Prepare safety documentation (permits, risk assessments, PED compliance).
-Create calculations and detailed execution plans.
-Coordinate activities with operations, planning, and contractors.
-Maintain and update technical documentation (drawings, P&IDs, isometrics).
-Ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards.
-Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers.
-Support process optimization and create standard task lists.
 
Requirements
-MBO+/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, or related field.
-Several years of experience as a Work Preparator or Planner in an industrial environment (chemical/petrochemical preferred).
-Ability to read technical drawings (P&IDs, isometrics).
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
-Familiarity with QA/QC processes and safety regulations.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
