The client is one of the Netherlands’ biggest dairy products manufacturers who is also active globally. 

Role Description
As the Global TA Manager, you’ll take the lead on designing and driving the global talent acquisition strategy. This 3-month interim role offers the opportunity to shape and implement standardized, high-quality recruitment practices across all global regions. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our talent acquisition infrastructure, enhancing the candidate and hiring experience, and ensuring consistency across our operations worldwide. Reporting into the global Center of Expertise (CoE) for Talent, you’ll collaborate with regional hubs and internal stakeholders to elevate our recruitment capabilities, with a strong focus on process improvement, digital innovation, and workforce planning. 

Responsibilities

  • Defining and rolling out a consistent, scalable global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Designing, streamlining, and standardizing recruitment processes across global regions to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Supporting and upskilling regional Talent Acquisition teams through best practices, shared standards, and a unified approach to hiring.
  • Leveraging digital tools, AI, and recruitment data (especially within SAP SuccessFactors) to improve performance, track KPIs, and drive smarter hiring decisions.
  • Ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience across all touchpoints, translating insights into improvements.
  • Working closely with Employer Branding, Digital HR, People Analytics, Talent Management, and other key stakeholders to align and integrate talent initiatives.
  • Leading global initiatives aimed at improving TA maturity and driving adoption across all four regional hubs.
  • Upholding global recruitment standards, ensuring alignment with internal governance and regional regulations. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including in global or multi-country environments.
  • Proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies and processes on a global scale.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and embed new ways of working across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset to diagnose challenges and recommend effective, data-driven solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of ATS platforms (especially SuccessFactors), assessment tools, and digital recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in using HR analytics and KPIs to improve hiring performance.
  • Skilled in workforce planning, employer branding, and managing large-scale global recruitment programs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, international organization.
  • Fluency in English is required.
