The Role
As a Junior Key Account Manager you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by working closely with customers, colleagues, and other departments to achieve mutually beneficial results. This is a dynamic and interactive position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships to optimize sales outcomes
- Supporting product launches, promotional activities, and analysis
- Collaborating with the account team, customer development, marketing, finance, supply chain, and integrated operations departments to achieve shared goals
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility, assertiveness, and ability to work independently
