Role Description
In this dynamic position, you will actively contribute to the achievement of ambitious sales objectives. The role requires versatility, as you will be involved in customer management, product launches, promotional activities, and performance analysis. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure the delivery of optimal mutual results and sustainable partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and related sales activities.
- Provide performance analysis (monthly, quarterly, annual) to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with account teams and support other managers/directors as required.
- Work closely with colleagues across Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Integrated Operations.
- Ensure commercial interests are met while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer development, preferably within FMCG, food, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Socially skilled, flexible, and assertive, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
- A team player who can also work proactively and independently.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (mandatory).
