Role Description
As an Engineering Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient coordination of inventory and spare parts for the Maintenance & Engineering department. You will oversee receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensure accurate stock control, and support technical teams to maintain seamless operations in line with GMP and company standards

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and support Technician and Engineering teams on projects.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for the Maintenance & Engineering departments or for shipment to vendors.
• Prepare work kits for technicians and engineers to perform maintenance on packaging equipment.

• Applies knowledge of customer needs and works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops strong working relationships beyond their direct area of expertise.
• Excels in a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experienced in GMP and GDP regulated environments.
