 Role Description
They are seeking a motivated Senior Quality Manager to spearhead quality initiatives at their Can Factory. This exciting opportunity involves enhancing quality standards, training teams, and implementing data-driven improvements to ensure top-tier product quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quality communication and training programs

• Manage digital tracking and reporting of quality performance

• Conduct root cause analyses and lead corrective action plans

• Review and optimize quality specifications and testing methods

• Work closely with cross-departmental teams on quality improvements

• Lead quality culture development and staff motivation

• Monitor production quality trends and report to management

• Support continuous improvement and investment initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality roles within manufacturing or metal processing

• Proficiency in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence teams

• Technically proficient with strong problem-solving ability

• Fluent in Dutch and good communication skills in English

• Experience managing projects and fostering collaborative environments
