We’re supporting an international organization committed to professional development across global teams. They are expanding their learning strategy and are now looking for a proactive, creative Global Learning Program Specialist to join their HR Learning & Development function.
Role Overview
As the Global Learning Program Specialist, you’ll take the lead on coordinating and improving global learning programs, especially the flagship initiatives that shape employee growth and leadership development. From logistics and stakeholder alignment to program co-design and digital learning innovation, you’ll make sure learning runs efficiently, thoughtfully, and with impact.
This role blends project management, learning design, and cross-functional collaboration. If you enjoy turning ideas into action and improving learning experiences through smart, structured work, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
-Own the end-to-end management of global learning programs: scheduling, coordinating with facilitators/vendors, sending invites, and ensuring smooth delivery
-Co-design and optimize new or existing learning programs, using feedback and business input to refine content and structure
-Contribute to the development of e-learnings and digital learning infrastructure
-Guide stakeholders on available learning opportunities within the organization
-Collect and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or similar roles
-Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives from planning to delivery
-Experience with program design, learning needs analysis, and evaluation
-Comfortable with digital learning tools and data-based decision making
-Strong communication skills and ability to engage global stakeholders
-Fluent in English
