Role description
As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product registrations across global markets, ensuring timely, compliant, and successful submissions. Acting as the central point of contact for all registration processes, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, distributors, and regulatory authorities, while keeping up-to-date with evolving regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company’s market presence and compliance.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product registration process, including new submissions, variations, and responses to authority queries.
  • Review and advise on submission data provided by stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain registration databases and track regulatory changes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all registration-related matters.
  • Liaise with internal teams, distributors, and external regulatory authorities to ensure smooth processes.
  • Establish strong working relationships with third parties supporting regulatory activities.
  • Ensure dossiers are complete, compliant, and submitted within agreed timelines.
  • Follow up on filed registrations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance department with relevant regulatory insights.

Requirements
  • Experience in Registration, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Product Specification, or a similar role within the Health Care or FMCG sector (preferred).
  • Experience dealing with local regulatory bodies is an advantage.
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Russian language skills preferred.
  • Ability to align market strategies and priorities with the company mission.
