Role description
The B&W Finance Lead BNX partners with the BNX Beauty & Wellbeing General Manager and business teams to provide financial leadership, decision-making support, and strategic insights. The role involves planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and innovation support to drive growth in one of the most dynamic business units.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver results, mitigate risks, and unlock growth opportunities

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial goal setting

• Develop corrective actions on performance interventions (e.g., pricing, promotions, trade-offs)

• Support innovation projects with strong commercial decision-making

• Ensure financial processes align with strategic and operational objectives

• Provide accurate financial reporting and maintain high levels of integrity and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar

• Strong business acumen and proven finance leadership experience

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and influencing skills

• Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI preferred

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

• Affinity with the beauty sector and the ability to embody the beauty culture
