Role Description
As you will manage a dedicated customer portfolio, ensuring smooth order processing, product delivery, and invoicing for domestic and/or export markets. You will coordinate with planning, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders, check availability, arrange transport, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Serve as the main contact for customers, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP.
- Support other business lines when needed and help solve operational challenges.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer service and/or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process, including forecasting, order entry, planning, allocation, shipping, billing, and credit management.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and German.
