Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Lead for the BNX Beauty & Wellbeing business unit, based in Rotterdam (Weena), to cover a maternity leave. This high-visibility role partners closely with senior leadership to drive business performance, enable strategic decision-making, and support growth ambitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the BNX Beauty & Wellbeing General Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver results and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial goal setting.
- Drive corrective actions for performance interventions (e.g., pricing, promotional resets).
- Provide financial guidance for innovation projects and business cases.
- Manage financial planning processes and support strategic/operational objectives.
- Ensure integrity and transparency in all financial activities.
- Proven business acumen and a strong appreciation for the Beauty sector.
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and influencing skills.
- Self-confident leadership with the ability to inspire teams.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
