 Role Description

Our client is looking for a proactive Talent Attraction Advisor to lead recruitment across multiple European markets. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape hiring strategies, engage with business leaders, and support global talent goals—all while driving diversity and employer branding initiatives.

 Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Netherlands, France, and Belgium

• Guide hiring managers on recruitment processes, timelines, and local talent market trends

• Build and implement sourcing strategies using social media and talent mapping

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates

• Collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to align hiring with business goals

• Track and report key recruitment metrics and insights

• Contribute to employer branding and diversity hiring projects

• Support recruitment activities across other EU countries when needed

 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting within a global or matrix organization

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Experienced in international hiring and talent sourcing strategies

• Proficient in ATS tools (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive mindset
