Role Description
We are seeking a Material Coordinator to support the Maintenance & Engineering department with spare parts management, inventory control, and logistics. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials to technicians and engineers, enabling efficient maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute spare parts and materials.
- Prepare work kits for technicians and manage returned materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in CMMS/Maximo and perform annual stock counts.
- Initiate purchase requests, track deliveries, and monitor stock levels.
- Support engineering projects with timely material coordination.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in inventory management; familiarity with SAP or Maximo is an advantage.
- Background in GMP/GDP environments preferred.
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player.
