The client is big pharma focusing on women's health and planned parenthood. 

Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will support recruitment across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and occasionally other European countries. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders, developing customized hiring strategies that align with business goals. A strong focus will be placed on diversity hiring, employer branding, and market intelligence to ensure we attract and retain top talent across the region. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across designated European countries, ensuring consistency and an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and establishing clear service level agreements.
  • Sourcing, attracting, and assessing talent, including branding outreach and active headhunting using social media and other channels.
  • Partnering closely with HR teams and business leaders to understand talent needs and translate these into effective hiring strategies.
  • Using market analysis and data to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Driving diversity hiring efforts and contributing to regional projects aimed at enhancing the talent acquisition function.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, diversity targets) and reporting key insights.
  • Delivering competitive offers and guiding candidates through the closing process.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a large, global or manufacturing environment. In-house recruiting experience is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to source and close talent through creative sourcing strategies and networking.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using social media and online tools to drive employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and urgency.
  • International recruitment experience and a background in commercial or manufacturing sectors are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented in day-to-day work.
