Role Description
As a Static Work Planner, you will prepare and coordinate maintenance work on static equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, heat exchangers). Your focus will be on safety, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work packages, including instructions and material lists
- Order materials and equipment
- Draft safety documentation and ensure compliance
- Plan and coordinate work across departments
- Maintain and manage technical documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor QA/QC and safety during execution
- Support process improvements and standardization
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO in mechanical engineering or related field
- Experience with static equipment and technical drawings (P&IDs, isometrics)
- Knowledge of work planning, safety regulations, and QA/QC
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus
