Role Description
In this role as a Cell Culture Therapy, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and safety of life-changing pharmaceutical products. Working in a state-of-the-art, GMP-regulated environment, you will perform advanced cell culture analyses, interpret critical results, and contribute to safeguarding the quality of vaccines and other biological products. This is a highly hands-on laboratory position that demands technical precision, problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and complex cell biology analyses on pharmaceutical products primarily vaccines in compliance with SOPs, GMP requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Perform a variety of techniques, including cell culture, infection assays, CPE-based assays, and other cell biology methodologies.
- Accurately interpret and evaluate test results against established specifications, reporting deviations as required.
- Review and validate results produced by colleagues to ensure accuracy, completeness, and GMP compliance.
- Act as a team liaison, supporting workflow coordination and troubleshooting in daily laboratory operations.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives within the lab environment.


Requirement
- MLO 4 (or higher) degree in Life Sciences—biology, microbiology, biotechnology, or biomedical sciences.
- Several years of relevant laboratory experience; prior experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical setting is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in cell biology techniques, with strong proficiency in cell culture.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and working proficiency in English.
