Role Description
As a Project Controller, you play a pivotal role in supporting the project management team. You will oversee the cost, schedule, and risk control of a large, multi-disciplinary project valued at over €50 million. Working in close collaboration with project managers, you ensure the project stays on track, within scope, and on budget, delivering its objectives to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain project control systems for a large, multidisciplinary pharmaceutical project.
- Track project costs using SAP, actuals, and commitments; provide accurate estimates to complete.
- Monitor and update workstream schedules and identify interfaces between tasks.
- Maintain and communicate project risks; escalate when necessary.
- Develop clear and visual project status boards for higher management.
- Ensure periodic updates on costs, schedules, and risks in collaboration with project managers.
- Create S-curves, slip charts, and risk registers to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with project managers and promote collaboration.

Requirement
- HBO (Polytechnic) degree or equivalent working/thinking level.
- Experience with industrial implementation projects (pharma or food industry preferred).
- Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken & written).
- Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Service-oriented with a Safety First – Quality Always mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project is essential.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
