Job Description
As a Project Controller you are a key member of the project management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-discipline project with a budget of over €50M. You'll work closely with project managers to deliver a project that meets its objectives, on time and within budget.
 
Responsibilities

• Organize and manage project control for a large-scale pharmaceutical project
• Develop and maintain cost control systems to ensure accurate estimates and target value design
• Track and communicate project risks, interfaces, and schedules to project managers
• Create and maintain a project status board and deliver data to senior management
• Coordinate with project managers to gather input and ensure periodic updates
• Develop risk management processes and escalate risks to relevant levels
• Build strong relationships with project managers and stakeholders

• HBO (Polytechnics) degree and relevant work experience
• Experience in industrial implementation projects, preferably in the pharma or food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Safety First and Quality Always mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with project managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
