Job Description
As an Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the domestic and export order fulfillment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-tier customer service, working closely with our customer portfolio to resolve business-related challenges and operate with a diligent degree of knowledge handling customers, products, manufacturing, and transportation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality service to customers, handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Build long-term value for the company while increasing customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve knowledge of working procedures, instructions, quality documentation, and quality governance
• Identify and solve gaps in knowledge to enhance overall performance
• Act as a primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to serve customers efficiently and effectively
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and build an effective network to meet targets
• Ensure formal governance compliance and company work ethic culture by respecting and adhering to all policies and procedures
• Maintain accuracy of Customer Master Data in SAP 

Requirements

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office)
• Minimum of 1/2 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain
• Fluency in written and verbal English and German
• Understanding of the 'Order to Cash' process
