The Company
The client is big pharma focusing on women's health and planned parenthood. 

Role Description
As Corporate Recruiter Lead, you’ll partner with business and HR leaders across multiple countries to design and deliver top-tier recruitment strategies. You’ll lead hiring activities, consult on market trends, improve candidate experiences, and shape employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
- Advise hiring managers on hiring strategies and local talent trends.
- Source and attract diverse talent using branding, social media, and networking.
- Support the hiring process with tools, metrics, and candidate experience best practices.
- Contribute to local and regional talent projects.


Requirement
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a global or matrix environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with ATS platforms, social media, and employer branding.
- Proactive, strategic, and passionate about talent and diversity.
