About the Role
As a Logistics Cost Management Specialist (GMP), you’ll play a key role in managing freight cost processes, ensuring accurate invoice handling, and supporting decision-making through financial analysis. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive improvements and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end freight invoice verification and approval process in SAP

• Resolve invoice disputes with service providers in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate dashboards and KPIs to support business decisions

• Provide financial data to support business cases and opportunity analyses

• Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operational processes
   

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Logistics

• Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical, Life Science industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience with SAP and BW systems
