Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Supply Planner to join our team in Amersfoort or Meppel, responsible for optimizing operational and tactical plans for the Lippstadt portfolio by balancing demand, inventory, and production capacities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously optimize the operational and tactical supply network plan (1–18 months) for your product portfolio.
- Balance demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production/packaging capacities across our global manufacturing sites (Netherlands, Germany, Indonesia, the Philippines, and China).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Control, Sales, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfilment.
- Identify supply constraints and opportunities, and feed insights into the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
- Conduct complex scenario analyses and contribute to financial and strategic decision-making.
- Support the introduction of new products, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve planning systems and processes with a mindset of end-to-end supply chain optimization.
Requirement
- A Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning within FMCG or Food production.
- Proficiency in SAP (R/3, APO DP/SNP, BW) or other planning systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills—especially under ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to motivate diverse, international stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel once a week between Meppel and Amersfoort offices.
