The Role
On this role you will ensures the smooth daily operation of Danone’s office in Rijswijk by managing office services, coordinating with vendors, maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment, and supporting employees with facility-related needs. This hands-on role is key to creating a functional, efficient, and pleasant workplace for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.

• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery.

• Oversee office space planning and workstation allocation.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; conduct regular inspections.

• Support internal events and meeting logistics.

• Act as the main contact for facility-related issues and requests.

• Promote and implement sustainability initiatives in the workplace.

• Minimum 2 years in facilities management or a similar role with hands-on knowledge of vendor coordination, office operations, and workplace logistics.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; fluent in Dutch and English; proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools; familiar with health & safety regulations and facility management best practices.
• Physically present on-site at The Lobby office in Rijswijk from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday; must be comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
• Approachable, personable, and comfortable being visible and available to staff; proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team; enjoys interacting with people across departments.
