About the Role
As a Logistics Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team in a 3-shift system to ensure smooth, efficient logistics operations—from receiving to warehousing. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on daily management, continuous improvement, and strong cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee logistics processes in a 3-shift system, including receiving, pre-processing, shipping, and warehousing

Lead and coach a team of 20–25 employees, ensuring clear communication and performance

Monitor operations, manage deviations, and report on incidents

Participate in daily control meetings and drive continuous improvement projects

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)

At least 3 years’ management experience in production or logistics; food industry experience is a plus

Familiarity with Lean, WCOM, TPM, or Six Sigma methodologies

Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
