Role description
As an Operator Visual Inspection, your responsibility is to ensure that every vial of cytostatics (cancer medication) meets strict safety and quality requirements. You’ll manually and automatically inspect vials for visible defects, such as particles or discolouration. This work directly contributes to the health and safety of patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated visual inspections of pharmaceutical vials
• Detect and report abnormalities such as particles, defects, or damage
• Document results clearly and accurately in the system
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and safety protocols
• Communicate with supervisors and quality teams as needed

• MBO-3 degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical, chemical, or medical direction
• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written)
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Experience in visual inspection or pharmaceutical production is a plus
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical processes is an advantage
• Willingness to obtain a Pharmaceutical Technician diploma (if not already held)
• Flexible and open to shift work
