We are currently seeking a skilled Electronic Maintenance Technician to join a highly automated production facility in North Holland. In this 5-shift role, you’ll be the key technical point of contact during your shift, responsible for handling electronic faults and keeping the systems running smoothly.

About the Role:
As the on-shift technician, you’ll work independently on the production floor. Operators will be your close collaborators during the shift, while the broader technical team stays connected via an internal app.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting electronic issues and performing storingsanalyse in real time
• Reading and interpreting P&ID-schema’s and other technical diagrams
• Ensuring operational continuity in a volledig geautomatiseerde fabriek
• Taking quick, hands-on action to solve breakdowns and keep equipment functioning

• High level of independence and responsibility
• Work with advanced technologies in a future-focused production environment
• Be part of a structured, well-supported technical team
• Fast-paced, hands-on work with direct impact on production performance

Requirements:

• MBO Level 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Valid NEN 3140 certification (or willing to obtain it)
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting electronic systems in an industrial environment
• Ability to read and work from P&ID diagrams and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with automation systems (e.g. PLCs, sensors, control loops) is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in a 5-shift rotation (early, late, night)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in Dutch (required)
