A global food company is looking to strengthen its EU marketing team with two new positions to support a regional transformation project focused on dry food products. The project is in its final phase, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating, analyzing results, and working with cross-functional teams across Europe.
Role Overview
We’re hiring for two roles, one junior and one mid-senior level within a regional marketing team. Both roles involve portfolio coordination, market alignment, and stakeholder communication. The work is fast-paced and involves a mix of project support and strategic input, depending on your experience level. This is a hybrid position (2–3 days onsite), starting in August and running through the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
-Support or lead project coordination for the EU transformation portfolio
-Analyze performance data and market insights to support strategic decisions
-Communicate and align with local teams across Europe to ensure timely implementation
-Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, R&D) to support business cases
-Track project budgets and update key documentation
Requirments:
-Around 3–4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related areas
-Confident managing cross-functional projects and timelines
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-Good working knowledge of Excel or Power BI
-Fluent in English
