About the Role
As an AI-Powered Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the visual direction of marketing initiatives, using cutting-edge tools to push the creative boundaries of ice cream branding. You’ll develop compelling visuals across digital and physical touchpoints, combining traditional design expertise with AI-driven innovation. Working closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you'll drive concept creation to execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of key visuals, packaging mock-ups, concept boards, and presentations.
- Apply deep visual design expertise using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketch.
- Leverage AI-based creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Canva Magic, Adobe Firefly, Filmora) to accelerate ideation and visual storytelling.
- Utilize 3D design software (e.g., 3D Studio, Cinema 4D Render) to create and refine renderings and product visuals.
- Manage projects from concept through to final delivery, maintaining an eye for detail and visual precision.
- Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback while balancing speed, creativity, and quality.
- Collaborate daily with marketing stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into innovative visual solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrated use of AI tools for creative acceleration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and innovative use of AI in design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools.
- Practical experience with AI-enhanced creative platforms (e.g., Runway, Firefly, Canva Magic).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, branding, and storytelling.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic quality.
- Fluent in English; able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional international teams.
