 Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Artwork Production Specialist to oversee the end-to-end packaging artwork process. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mechanical artwork and digital assets, maintaining brand integrity and quality standards throughout.

Responsibilities

• Lead the artwork process from design lock to final print-ready files.

• Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to gather necessary artwork inputs.

• Manage relationships with external print management agencies and design partners.

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications.

• Oversee the creation of digital pack images and hero visuals for various platforms.

• Monitor and report on artwork project timelines and budgets.

• Conduct pre-production meetings to align all stakeholders.

• Approve color proofs and first press passes to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in artwork production or print management.

• Proficiency in artwork management systems and design software.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
