About the Role
As a Project Management Associate, you’ll support key facilities and maintenance initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with industry standards. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, support procurement needs, and track performance metrics across departments.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-department projects and support daily maintenance operations

Draft and update SOPs, training documents, and maintenance plans

Liaise with internal teams and vendors on procurement, planning, and billing matters

Compile and present operational performance metrics to management

Ensure cGMP compliance and support audit-readiness and documentation reviews
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills in English; experience working cross-functionally

Familiarity with GMP/GDP standards and continuous improvement principles

Experience with Maximo and SAP is a plus
