Role Description
As an Associate Project Management Support, you will coordinate and drive projects across Facilities, Utilities, and Maintenance departments. You’ll ensure that operations are aligned with GMP standards, support cross-functional teams, and manage documentation and procurement processes. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multi-department projects within facilities and engineering
  • Draft, review, and update documentation such as SOPs, training materials, and job plans
  • Support Maximo work order planning and administration
  • Monitor operational processes for efficiency and GMP compliance
  • Assist in preparing for audits and regulatory inspections
  • Manage procurement activities, including supplier coordination and invoice review
  • Track and report on performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Associate degree with 4+ years of project coordination experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree
  •  Experience in GMP/GDP environments within life sciences or manufacturing
  •  Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  •  Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, or similar systems
  •  Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  •  Excellent communication and documentation skills
  •  Familiarity with project planning, procurement, and quality support
