Role description
As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and customer-centric team responsible for managing end-to-end order processes. You will own a customer portfolio and ensure smooth order execution, documentation, and logistics coordination. This role demands accuracy, communication, and a proactive mindset to deliver excellent customer service and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders in line with internal systems and requirements.
• Coordinate (inter)national transport via road, sea, or air.
• Ensure accurate and compliant export documentation (e.g., NVWA, Customs).
• Manage timely invoicing based on relevant incoterms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and logistics partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain structure and clarity in a dynamic and occasionally chaotic environment.

• MBO+/HBO degree level or equivalent experience.
• Background in logistics or customer service, preferably in an international setting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with export regulations and documentation is advantageous.
