Role Overview:
As Team Lead Order Fulfilment, you lead a team of 7–12 Order Fulfilment Officers. You ensure smooth order processing, from order entry to delivery. You support your team, improve processes, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and documentation.
- Handle complaints and stakeholder queries.
- Write and update procedures, work instructions, and SLAs.
- Maintain clear communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Manage, support, and prioritize tasks for your team.
- Act as a bridge between your team and the Order Fulfilment Manager.
- Handle team onboarding, planning, and absence management.
- Conduct regular development and performance discussions with team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management).
- Experience in logistics/distribution and customer service (international environment).
- Knowledge of the full Order-to-Cash process.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong SAP (ERP) knowledge.
- Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
