Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing calibration and maintenance on production and laboratory equipment critical to the manufacture and measurement of medical and other devices. You will support both scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of calibration systems and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine calibrations on production and facilities equipment.
- Address Out-of-Specification (OOS) situations and escalate via Calibration Alerts to QA.
- Document all calibration work accurately in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the calibration status of all critical and measuring equipment.
- Assist in defining calibration and test methods for both new and existing equipment.
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for calibration methods.


Requirement
- Holds an Associate Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Electronics, along with relevant professional certifications as required by regulatory authorities.
- Skilled in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, with hands-on experience in calibration of pharmaceutical production equipment within GMP-regulated environments.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical, efficient solutions—especially valuable during equipment or process deviations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to document activities accurately and manage calibration data efficiently.
- Able to work independently under pressure, with flexibility to support rotating shifts, overtime, and urgent maintenance demands, including weekends and holidays.
