About the Position
We are looking for an Analytical Development Scientist who thrives in a laboratory setting and enjoys contributing to complex scientific challenges. Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Lab Operations team, you will:- Support the analysis of samples from various projects, studies, and investigations
- Assist in method co-validations and troubleshooting experiments
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and regulatory documentation
- Maintain detailed and accurate lab records for all assigned activities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and internal quality systems
- Communicate proactively with study directors and project leads to support analytical success
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in a cGMP-regulated environment
- Familiarity with techniques such as MS, LC/MS, ELSD, cIEF, cSDS, SEC, and/or A280
- Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Dutch)
- A proactive mindset with solid analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to learn multiple analytical approaches
