You’ll be joining a vibrant team within the Discovery Product Development and Supply (DPDS) – Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) – Analytical Development (AD) department, where science meets strategy, and innovation is the standard.

About the Position

We are looking for an Analytical Development Scientist who thrives in a laboratory setting and enjoys contributing to complex scientific challenges. Responsibilities

As an integral member of the Lab Operations team, you will:
  • Support the analysis of samples from various projects, studies, and investigations
  • Assist in method co-validations and troubleshooting experiments
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and regulatory documentation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate lab records for all assigned activities
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and internal quality systems
  • Communicate proactively with study directors and project leads to support analytical success

Requirements

 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in a cGMP-regulated environment
  • Familiarity with techniques such as MS, LC/MS, ELSD, cIEF, cSDS, SEC, and/or A280
  • Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Dutch)
  • A proactive mindset with solid analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to learn multiple analytical approaches
