Role Description
In the role of Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for Equipment Validation and Sterilization Validation, including the planning, coordination, and supervision of commissioning and qualification activities within engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Offer validation support for projects, particularly in cleaning and sterilization validation.
- Develop and author Validation Master Plans (VMPs).
- Create and maintain SOPs and associated documentation.
- Draft validation protocols and final reports.
- Conduct validation studies and analyze collected data.
- Address and resolve technical issues during study execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently as required.
- Operate under moderate supervision with solid knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
- HBO/WO degree in a technical or scientific field.
- Proven experience in equipment validation and sterilization validation.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry (QA or C&Q).
- Strong skills in coaching, communication, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with GMP, commissioning, qualification, and (optionally) CSV.
