Role Description
As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining reliable production and utility systems. You’ll work in a fixed team, coordinating daily tasks, addressing malfunctions, and participating in strategic projects to improve system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in production and utility installations, setting priorities in consultation with operations.
- Analyze complex technical issues and proactively share knowledge with colleagues and contractors.
- Identify improvement opportunities in maintenance processes and recommend solutions to boost system efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities, prioritizing the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
- Education preferably in electrical engineering and measurement/control technology.
- Technical experience in an industrial environment as an all-round maintenance or service technician.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem resolution.
- Focus on maximizing equipment availability and minimizing risks.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
