Role Description
As an E&I Technician, you are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in production installations. You ensure that the machines operate at peak performance and prevent unplanned breakdowns, working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
-Ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.
-Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting using PLC control systems.
-Work with various drive systems (e.g., Rockwell, Danfoss, Yaskawa).
-Coordinate and lead maintenance activities in assigned areas.
-Contribute to project work, including spare parts, training, and maintenance planning.
-Ensure safety and continuity of operations through technical support and problem resolution.
-Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
Requirements
-MBO level 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics (focus on E&I).
-Experience with PLC systems (preferably Rockwell/AB, Schneider).
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team.
-Flexibility, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
