Role Description
As a Technologist in Manufacturing Processes at Philips Innovation Engineering, you will help the company grow by improving how we make things. You will design, develop, and improve processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will also work with different teams to bring in new technologies and make sure they fit well with our current systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing new manufacturing processes.
- Analyzing and optimizing current systems to boost performance and reduce waste.
- Implementing process control strategies to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on new technologies.
- Evaluating and recommending equipment to improve operations.
Requirement
- MSc or PhD in Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
- Experience with manufacturing systems or medical equipment
- Knowledge of medical device regulations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (EU/international)
