Role Description
As the Project Lead Customer Operations, you’ll be driving the transition and optimization of Customer Business Development processes across Benelux. You'll focus on improving efficiency, implementing new ways of working, and ensuring smooth change management.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement the transition plan and optimized processes
- Lead Change management strategies to support adoption and reduce resistance
- Coordinate and align with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Stabilize and future-proof new working methods
- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations during transition

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Development/Service (NL or BE market)
- Proven experience in project management, change management & stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication in Dutch & English
- Project & change management skills
Travel: Weekly travel to either Rotterdam or Brussels office (depending on base location)
