Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead hardware-focused cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in guiding teams through Agile practices to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will work closely with product owners and developers, ensuring efficient team collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile team rituals and scrum practices.

  • Implement and promote the Hybrid Model within the team from an Agile perspective.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a well-defined product backlog.

  • Guide teams toward higher levels of scrum maturity, self-organization, and accountability.

  • Drive initiatives to improve Agile processes and practices across teams.

  • Resolve impediments, provide coaching, and support stakeholders in achieving team goals.

  • Ensure iteration and PI planning predictability through quality metrics and team self-assessments.

  • Foster a high-performing, safe, and collaborative team environment to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.

  • At least 8 years of R&D experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master managing hardware teams.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile Release Trains (ART).

  • Preferred experience with IGT systems.

  • Quality-driven mindset with certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
